Brendan Gray

Director, BQS, MNZIQS

With over three decades of experience in the construction industry, Brendan brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to every project. After earning a Bachelor of Quantity Surveying, Brendan honed his skills under the guidance of his builder father, followed by formative cadetships client side with Rider Hunt and for a large Main Contractor - Mainzeal Construction. 

During this time, he contributed to major projects such as the Sky City Casino, Sky Tower, Vodafone’s nationwide cellular network rollout, and various shopping complexes, industrial warehouses, and commercial buildings.

Brendan's career spans a diverse range of roles, including quantity surveying on both client-side and main contractor projects, project management for listed property funds, and serving as managing director of a construction company. He also spent eight years in London working on prestigious projects such as the refurbishment of the House of Commons, Big Ben Tower, and a £200 million luxury apartment complex along the River Thames as well as various large commercial and residential developments. 

This extensive experience makes Brendan a perfect fit for any task, ensuring the highest standards of excellence and success in every venture he undertakes.
